Education Support Service Desk (ESSD) is a One-Stop-Shop for any education related questions and requests. Hands-on support on the use of Brightspace and other related tools, advice on instructional design, information about teaching training and onboarding. It is the gateway to all the information and support provided by the Training and Learning Center.

For password reset, hands-on support on smart phones and private devices (best-effort) you can go to the Servicepoint IT. This is also the collection point for WUR mobile equipment.
